Validation Rules for IRP5 code 3254 in the electronic file are:
– MUST be completed if Postal Address Structure Indicator (field 3288) is 2
• Conditional –
• If field “Employee Postal Address Details Country Code” (Code 3286) is ZA, then this field is mandatory and:
o Must consist of 4 numeric characters (e.g. ‘0040’ must be written to the import file as “0040” and not as “40”)
o Must not be “0000”
o In case where there is no postal code for the postal address, use the nearest postal code
• If field “Employee Postal Address Details Country Code” (Code 3286) is not ZA, then this field is optional
