– MUST be completed if Postal Address Structure Indicator (field 3288) is 2
• Conditional – Either “PO Box or Private Bag” (Code 3249) or “Other PO Special Service” (Code 3280) must be completed.
• Value can only be “PO_BOX” or “PRIVATE_BAG”.
