SARS has announced the opening of the employer filing season for the interim period ending August 2022. The season will run from September 19th to October 31st, 2022. It is important to note that late submissions will incur a penalty of 1% of the year’s PAYE liability, increasing by 1% for each month outstanding, up to a maximum of 10%.
